FLASH is a method to SUBMIT ACCOUNT OPENING APPLICATION DIGITALLY.

FLASH DIGITAL – fully e-sign, no uploads
FLASH PHYSICAL – submit to Ops, requires PAN / Aadhaar

Out of the 20 FLASH applications:
- Digital –> 10 (~50% digital)
- Physical –> 10
Reasons for Physical:
- Field mis-match = 2 (~20% of Physical)
- KYC Status = 4 (~40% of Physical)
- ITD name mis-match = 4 (~40% of Physical)
- Out of the 10 Physical applications, 5 of them have pushed for a KRA Modification. This means all the 5 can go through the App e-sign flow.
